Commissioners

President

Todd Maddock was appointed May 1, 2007, to represent District I. He is a retired Potlatch Executive and past board member of the Northwest Power & Conservation Council.

Vice President

Jerry Klemm is serving as the District 3 representative. He is retired from the Potlatch Corporation and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Lewiston Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of their Natural Resources Committee.

Secretary/Treasurer

Terry Kolb, appointed, will serve as the interim District 2 representative until the 2010 General Election. Terry has served as a past port commissioner for 12 years and is currently retired. He is the former area manager for Avista Utilities, served on the Valley Vision Board of Directors and is currently on the St Joseph’s Hospital Board.
